To me, the best answer is D, as the Non-ERP is AP-specific and is generated by the AP. So presuming cell-radius in this case implies that this AP is the one that generated the beacon frames, D is a more specific answer.

Why must we have such subjective questions? Correct answers should be clear-cut, not subject to all manner of circumstance! “Gotcha!” doesn’t prove anything about the quality of the test candidate.

hello, option E is ok due that the frames show that the frame is indicating not only Non-ERP present but also the protection (RTS and CTS).

Would be D is the Non-ERP will be 0 and the frame show RTS and CTS as well.
