Answer E is weird. For VoWLAN deployments you should disable low speed rates to reduce the size of the cell . Low data rates extends the AP cell size, increases co-channel interference, and reduces call capacity. The VoWLAN design guide says nothing about disabling high data rates.

Maybe the “maximize” is meant as access to the channel/ap not in terms of number of devices. There is note in design guide how many voip clients can be supported on different data rates etc. which indirectly suggests that forcing all clients to a high data rate maximizes quality and number of possible concurrent voip calls.
