I agree with daperzoid, here is an excerpt from the quick reference guide:

As soon as wireless devices (called “stations” in the 802.11 standard) connect to each other over a wireless network, a Basic Service
Set (BSS) is formed.

So there is no need to configure BSS on the client, PSK instead is needed to match the security requirements

No adhoc here. AP setup – hidden SSID and proper security. It’s personal so assuming home internet. the strongest home security would be wpa2/PSK. According to TL’s book page 12 on BSS, the client would have to have a profile created, that defines the SSID. you also need the PSK. So C and F. I have no idea how you would configure a client for BSS, since BSS is only configured in APs

Direct from the book that Max referenced, quoting: As soon as wireless devices (called “stations” in the 802.11 standard)connect to each other over a wireless network, a Basic Service
Set (BSS) is formed. Because ad-hoc networks do not rely on any device other than the stations themselves, the wireless network they
form is called an Independent Basic Service Set (IBSS). They are sometimes called peer-to-peer (wireless) networks.

So, we know it’s an internet connection and therefore not ad-hoc so the answer has to be PSK and manual SSID.

I agree with C and F too. How BSS can be configured on Client side?
A PSK is needed for security.
