Right answer is

Option A. Send periodic updates regardless of topology changes.
RIP send Updates after every 30 sec (Periodic updates).

Option D. Update the routing table based on updates from their neighbors

Router will receive the updates ( Broadcast / Multicast)from their neighbors only.

The Catch is that Option B also look very close because RIP broad cast complete routing table, whereas OSPF only updates the change..
