These values are in hexadecimal format (0 to F). Hence B&C are incorrect.

As above post mentions, values are hex from 0 to F. Answer B and C have value G and H, so they’re incorrect.

why 2001:0DB8:0:130H::87C:140B is correct as “::” means 0:0:0:0

so it became 10 pairs of 16bits. RIGHT ???
