I’ll have to disagree with the above comments. Answer ‘B’ states that an attacker has sent a spoofed ARP ***RESPONSE***….

The word “RESPONSE” is the keyword to discard option B since what we’re seeing in the exhibit is an ARP REQUEST (not a response) being denied.

Option C is correct. Hope this helps someone out there.
