according to testking the answer is PoE, but if you look at the text it would point you out to the dhcp specific options..

well, ok, now i see their point about PoE+…

11xx / 12xx use PoE and 1250’s are the only one using 30W..

DHCP option 150 is used to provide a list of TFTP servers for VoIP phone.
Option 43 is used to provide a list of wireless controller ip addresses to the AP.
So only PoE seems to be valid here because 1250 is capable of that.
