Why is C also in the selection? “A trunk link supports native VLAN” seems right to me.

802.1Q trunks support native VLANs. ISL trunks do not. I have no idea whether the writers of the test question intended the statement to be true or false. It’s not true for all trunks, but it’s not false for all trunks either.
