I think “B” is the best option. From the book you can read: “VLAN Trunking Protocol (VTP) does not pass any information about the private VLAN configuration. Therefore, private VLANs are only locally significant to a switch. Each of the private VLANs must be configured locally on each switch that interconnects them”.
Not all VTP modes will allow you to change VLAN data
