Im sure it will be correct on the actual Cisco test. But if the answer D should also say the level 3 (error) messages will be logged in the console. So the answer should read:

D) Warning, error, critical, and emergency messages will be logged on the console.

If on the test, the word error is not there, then answer A sounds like the closest thing to the answer.
