I think some idea:
1. Based on RouterA topology table, total 3 paths
2. But if Based on RouterH topology table, total 1 path only

Router A would load balance between 3 paths, but router B should load balance also.
A -> B -> C -> H
-> E -> H
A -> D -> E -> H
A -> F -> E -> H

Router A have route over B (metric 60), over D (mertic 30) and over F (metric 40). So it would use all of them as 30 * 2 = 60.
Router B should have 2 routes to H (B->C->H with metric 30 and B->E->H with metric 20) as 20 * 2 = 40.
