Please explain how the network has been stable for the last 45mins, because I can see several hello messages sent without any update response. Does that mean that when EIGRP doesn’t update, the network is stable?

No new is Good News,as update messages are sent if there is any change in the network like like up or down,so update sent/received number is the same, so the network is stable.
