There is no such thing as “Administrator” link in OBIEE.
The link is called “Administration”
And you can both manage access to Subject Areas (Manage Priviledges)
and associate map layers to columns (Manage Map Data).

sorry a) is incorrect, “manage privilege” can manage only BI function like “report building on one subject area”, not access(read, write, disabled) to subject area.
