Your systems engineer has determined all of the firmware versions that the server operating
system supports. What steps are taken on Cisco UCS to avoid manual firmware upgrades on the
blade servers?
A.
Use Cisco UCS Manager firmware management to upgrade all Cisco UCS blade servers to the
same target firmware versions.
B.
Configure host firmware package and management firmware package policies and associate
the firmware policies with the service profiles.
C.
Create a BIOS policy and define the host firmware package and management firmware
package.
D.
Configure host firmware package and management firmware package policies and associate
the firmware policies with the server pools.
You can use firmware packages in service profiles to upgrade the server and adapter firmware, including the BIOS on the server, by defining a host firmware policy and including it in the service profile associated with a server.
Cisco UCS no longer supports the creation of new management firmware packages. You can modify and update existing management firmware packages, if desired. However, Cisco recommend that you remove the management firmware packages from all service profiles and use host firmware packages to update the Cisco Integrated Management Controller (CIMC) on the servers
Host Firmware Package
This policy enables you to specify a set of firmware versions that make up the host firmware package (also known as the host firmware pack). The host firmware package includes the following firmware for server and adapter endpoints:
Adapter
CIMC
BIOS
Board Controller
FC Adapters
HBA Option ROM
Storage Controller
Local Disk

So it show a little how far the exam is behind the latest versions In terms of some of the questions so be careful an answer that looks wrong could be relevant as it has not been updated to reflect the latest changes
Think vmotion etc with vmfex
