The answer here is just worded badly

Cisco UCS supports two methods to authenticate user logins:
• Local to Cisco UCS Manager
• Remote through one of the following protocols:
◦ LDAP
◦ RADIUS
◦ TACACS+

Would have though the answer should be a locally authenticated user accounts is authenticated through the Cisco UCS manager

D is close but as it does not include TACACS as a remote option this is wrong

B is wrong because you can create up to only eight authentication domains

A is wrong as authentication domains are used by Cisco UCS Manager to leverage multiple authentication systems

C is wrong as when logging into the UCs there is no option to select the authentication domain
