Actually oraInst.loc is created by running oraInstRoot.sh so the correct answer should be D

True but to run in silent mode (no human intervention) you have to create it.

Guys, On my Official Material this oraInst.loc file was not explained. Probably it occours automatically on 11.2 version.

Observation: My Student Guide is an Oracle Official Trainning – Oracle Database 11g: Administration Workshop I (2009)

I think this question is obsolete. Can someone comfirm?!
