Correct me if I’m wrong. But I’m pretty sure the correct answer is B. I mean, its a locally connected printer, but one error in the printer Q will halt all other jobs in the Q until it is cleared.

FIRST step would be to check if printer is set offline, then clear the queue. Offline will allow jobs to accumulate in the queue and resume printing when the printer comes online.
