it is kindda confusing because system restore not modify any file installed

Yea, some of these don’t make sense. But that is how CompTia tests us. lol

Hence, It’s the best choice there, it will take it back to the restore point where it was working successfully. I personally would have done an F8, last known good command first. But that choice was not there.
