I’m pretty sure that the tool used would be a cable certifier, but I’m not sure whether it is correctly toned or incorrectly toned. Here is the link I used to determine the tool:

The correct answer is Cable Certiifer, and the test results are incomplete. After taking a look at it, it shows that 3/4 are open and one of them is short.
