why wouldn’t this be fsck? I don’t understand why it picked tune2fs. IF it asked for a switch, such as -f, then tune2fs would be correct, IMO. Can someone clarify the difference for me?
While fsck is used as a file system checker, tune2fs is used to schedule how often the check is performed.
