SSID is correct because of the word “differentiate” in the question, and channel is correct because you want the best performance. You would want to check to see if you could change the channel of this access point so that it wouldn’t interfere with other routers in the area.

I disagree, the channel is more important for performance if I had to select only two of these options. The default SSID will never be the same as the neighboring office anyways.
