This question in incorrect. How does the customer need to have DSL? They could have cable, fiber or whatever meets the requirement.

Wasn’t this the old pitch of DSL ISP companies? “With cable you share with all the other customers, but with DSL you have a dedicated line!” Seems like this question should have been removed years ago.
