a Yagi antenna need to be put on a pole up in high in the sky to get proper signal and the question states small physical footprint and minimal weight not to mention it needs to be mounted so my answer is PATCH

I was leaning toward patch because of the smaller footprint and weight. If the buildings were farther apart than being adjacent in an office park I’d step up to yagi.

A patch antenna is a type of radio antenna with a low profile and can be mounted on a flat surface, such as a wall or mast. It provides coverage in a limited angle pattern.

A Yagi antenna is a highly directional radio aerial made of several short rods mounted across an insulating support and transmitting or receiving a narrow band of frequencies.
