This question is driving me nuts. If the answer really were “Bounce”, then the device wouldn ot “indicate a strong signal”. It would indicate a “weak” signal since bounce refers to metal objects blocking a signal. It specifically states in the various descriptions of “bounce” that it would show a weak signal. High signal to noise ratio, on the other hand, would fit the scenario perfectly. You’d have a connection that is “consistently dropping” and yet you would have strong signal strength indication. Thoughts?
