This is a known issue with this product. I dont know when it will be fixed you will have to
continue working while the issue is occurring. Until the manufacture fixes it, I cannot.

This is a common problem with this model. They all do it. I cannot assist you.

This is a common problem with this model. I have seen this before and there is nothing I can do
to help.

This is a known issue with this model. Unfortunately at this time there is no fix for this issue. I
will keep you posted as to any improvements that come out from the manufacturer.
