Why wouldn’t a USB drive be the most cost effective solution? A 2 TB drive is only about $100 today.

they said they want to add storage to both servers. answer C said to attach USB drive to only one server. So i agree with them, NAS is the best answer among the answers we have.

1. They asked which is the most cost effective to add storage to BOTH servers, a 2TB drive will only work on one of the servers.
2. The reason they emphasized that they have only used traditional local disc for storage means they are telling you to think of another option that’s not local. a 2TB drive will still be local

They always put the answer in the question.
