Which of the following are benefits to server virtualization? (Select THREE).
A.
Better server hardware leverage
B.
Increased application security
C.
Smaller backup window needed
D.
Lower power consumption
E.
Smaller datacenter footprint
F.
Little to no maintenance needed
In my view the answers are A, B, E.
D Lower power consumption is a redundant of E.
Virtualized servers do not have a smaller software attack footprint than hardware servers, thus, they do not have increased application security. Datacenter footprint is a function of the number of physical servers, not the power required to run them, so it’s not redundant.
“Reduce costs by increasing energy efficiency and requiring less hardware with server consolidation.”
So, the answer should be A,D,E.
