I disagree with this one. The Last Known Good Configuration option would roll back the change and allow the server to boot. Safe Mode will allow the admin to boot the server, then disable the device via Device Manager, but that requires more manual input.

Nope, it says it bluescreened after he opened the properties. Therefore the current session is the one that the last known good would use.
