I agree the answer is URL filter but what admin is going to unblock a website like that at work? I mean do we want people to work or look at sport stats and videos. Lol.

If they work at ESPN or any other sports related media outlet, I would say a lot of people would want them to able to get to a sports website. That said, it is still a terrible question. Are these really what is on the test? Ugh.
