ipv6 is supported starting with NGX R60. I would say if you are looking for the “most comprehensive ipv6 support” that you would want to be on the latest version of R77 so you have to upgrade the Smart Center first…however, since you have some R60 gateways in the example, you have to upgrade them to R65 first since R77 Smart Center cannot manage an R60 gateway.
