I don’t think it’s B. If cluster membership is not enabled, won’t it just throw the standard error about cluster membership not being active?
Further, the device name has a bunch of white squares in it, which is typical of non-ascii characters.

‘cphaprob -i list’ should display “critical devices/services” in its view. Considering it did not display it (and querying it failed as you can see in the error) that means it was not enabled
