You can NOT use Smart Dashboard’s Smart Directory features to connect to the LDAP server. What
should you investigate?
Verify you have read-only permissions as administrator for the operating system.
Verify there are no restrictions blocking Smart Dashboard’s User Manager from connecting to the
LDAP server.
Check that the Login Distinguished Name configured has root (Administrator) permission (or at least
write permission) in the access control configuration of the LDAP server.
