I think this question is misleading and so is the hint answer. If one looks at the ORA Application Infrastructure: p.1-1 Figure 1-1 ORA Application Infrastructure, there are three components in that image and one of them is caching, the other is grid and the other distributed computing.
There is no utility computing there…
