Correct options are C and D.

When LSP is Up, next hop is usable and attractive to BGP, when LSP is Down, LSP next hop is unusable, but can still use normal IP routing to reach next hop.
But when the LSP egress address which usually is the egress router’s loopback address do not match the BGP next-hop address or there is no BGP routes being advertised from remote neighbor, it will not pass traffic.
