It’s true that:
Interface parameters overrides global isis parameters and has no inheritance concept

BUT:
In this case L1 and L2 have to be considered difference parameters, hence there is no “override” between them.
First “disable” switch off the L1 for ge-0/0/0.100
Second “disable” switch off the L2 for ge-0/0/0.100

Tested in the LAB also.

never thought about it this way. you are absolutely right. tested this on a home lab and yeap, both are disabled.
