I was looking over the answer for this question, I found that the answer B should be correct according to the following paragraph extracted from RFC 3177:

– Home network subscribers, connecting through on-demand or
always-on connections should receive a /48.
– Small and large enterprises should receive a /48.
– Very large subscribers could receive a /47 or slightly shorter
prefix, or multiple /48’s.

In March of 2011 the RFC 6177 was published.
This document obsoletes the RFC 3177 recommendations on the assignment of IPv6 address space to end sites.
RFC 3177 recommends to use /56 and /64.
In that case C will be an answer.
