What is a virtual router?

A.
A NetScreen device that has been configured for route mode

B.
The interconnection between a NetScreen device and a 3rd party router

C.
The logical separation of one physical NetScreen device into multiple separate route tables

D.
The physical connection between two separate NetScreen device into a single logical router

Explanation:
ScreenOS can divide its routing component into two or more virtual routers. A virtual router (VR) supports static routing, dynamic routing protocols and multicast routing protocols, which you can enable simultaneously in one VR. There are two predefined VRs on Juniper Networks NetScreen devices:
trust-vr, which by default contains all predefined security zones and any user-defined zones
untrust-vr, which by default does not contain any security zones You cannot delete the trust-vr or untrust-vr VRs. On some NetScreen devices, however, you can create and
configure additional VRs. You can configure certain parameters for the predefined and custom VRs
Multiple VRs can exist, but trust-vr is the default VR. In the VR table an asterisk (*) designates trust-vr as the default VR in the command line interface (CLI). You can view the VR table with the get vrouter CLI command. To configure zones and interfaces within other VRs, you must specify the VR by name, such as untrust-vr.
