I just checked on my vSRX. This is flow enabled by default policy and it is first path packet flow log message.
Correct answers are A and C

B= from bottom to top, 6th line (permitted by policy default-policy-00(2) and 5th line (packet passed, Permitted by policy). The default policy action is deny, if it was permitted the user has configured it.
C = Policy is done on first path packet flow
