according to AJSEC volume 1 of 2 chapter 5 page 39 (NAT64 & NAT46)
1- enable ipv6 flow mode
2- configure proxy ARP(for ipv4 interface)and proxy NDP(for ipv6 interface) !

so i think the answer should be >> B and D
