I think it is incorrect:
DIS is used by IS-IS
DR is used by OSPF
RP is Rendezvous Point used to connect sources in PIM Sparse Mode. It is the correct answer.

Just in case any google a search, and come across this: You do not know much or even understand about multicast. Yes OSPF use a DR, but so does multicast. In fact multicast has both a Source DR and a Receiver DR.
