Trojan horse attacks pose one of the most serious threats to computer security. The image below
shows different ways a Trojan can get into a system. Which are the easiest and most convincing
ways to infect a computer?
A.
IRC (Internet Relay Chat)
B.
Legitimate “shrink-wrapped” software packaged by a disgruntled employee
C.
NetBIOS (File Sharing)
D.
Downloading files, games and screensavers from Internet sites
Why is D not correct? Does a trojan always have to come from a disgruntled employee??
i go for D as well.
B is the answer because the question is asking for the easiest method.
B would be the easiest because an employee would be a very reliable trusted person, therefore making infection much easier and likely by colleagues clicking the infected file/trojan.
Agreed. When it comes to CEH just remember that anything with “disgruntled” in the answer is correct. :-/
B
FOR ME IS D
