While building a VMware View environment one of the design requirements is keeping

A only if View Composer is installed on the vCenter Server.
vCenter Heartbeat is however discontinued since 2014, however support remains in palce till 2018. Host based replication is about Unix/Linux HA , vSphere FT goes a long way if you’d limit your VMs to 1vCPU. HA only accommodates for a host failure.
So on A,B,C some restrictions apply. Only A with the condition stipulated has the highest chances to survive about anything (can run on 2 virtuals, 1 virtual & 1 physical vCenter)

I’m still at doubt C using vSphere FT wouldn’t be the less conditional assumption
