C is correct
“C” is correct answer.
Weblogic 12C , Domain specific NM is created. if we want same behavior of WLS 10.3.6 (ie Multiple domains in same machine can share same NM process)it require manual steps to return to per machine mode.
C. Node manager runs in “per domain” mode and requires manual steps to return to the “per machine” mode, used in WLS10.3.6.
there is no such thing as “per machine” but “per host”
A, B are totally wrong
D. I am not sure but I doubt Oracle has such a good wizard
I guess is C because>

https://docs.oracle.com/middleware/1221/wls/WLUPG/upgrade_dom.htm#WLUPG388
When running the Reconfiguration Wizard:
On the Node Manager screen, select Manual Node Manager Setup. This will keep the Node Manager configuration as a per host Node Manager for the 12c domain being upgraded.
