A and D?

Agree A/D

D? Really? There is no such thing as the vSphere Management Appliance. There is a vCenter Server Appliance. You can use vicfg-ntp on the HOST. ntp.conf usage: https://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=1003063
I’m guessing that A & B are correct and D isn’t because of a technicality. The vMA is called the vSphere Management Assistant, not Appliance.

Aside from that, the answer is stupid anyways. We’re asked to correct the time and part A has us doing that on the host. In the same area that the time is set we can also configure the NTP server. Why we’re going into SSH do to that makes no sense. Anyways, A & B
KB1005092 specifically mentions ntp.conf as something to look at for troubleshooting NTP issues.
Cant be D, as viocfg-ntp is used to configure ntp servers. It does not change time. I would stick with A and B
