Answer C is wrong because it will not “migrate” or better said “rebalance” until the disk is ONLINE again, or is replaced.

Answer A is wrong because the disk is not immediatly dropped from the disk group. This would probably happen after DISK_REPAIR_TIME disk group attribute.
