Why do you say D? I think that it would be more constructive to give a reason rather than just saying which answer is correct.
I can tell you why I DONT think the correct is D….
because if you look closely at the connection to the aux database it does not say to which database it is connecting to.
Answer is E because it has all the correct syntax
DUPLICATE TARGET DATABASE TO neworcl FROM ACTIVE DATABASE ….
and it also connects to the correct databases.
Incidentally, the duplicated database name should be “orcl2” (as requested in the question) and not “neworcl” (used in all of the possible answers)
in D “@orcl2” is missing for the auxiliary database.
in E an underline is missing in “set control files …”.
So I think E is the answer, as it is more correct than D. 🙂
