When the retention guarantee is not provided, undo data will not enforce the retention time for UNDO_RETENTION , and auto undo tablespace growth, at sufficient free space, then it will keep the data for the amount of time set in UNDO_RETENTION ==> time period up to which the committed undo data to be retained

If the undo table space is fixed, UNDO_RETENTION may be ignored, undo data may be overwritten.
