so I go with ABE
Profiles only ditacted if you can read/upate the CO.. it is not the case here..

Object is Available in Workspaces, Scripting, and Workflow
Select this check box to make the fields available for use in scripts, workspaces, and workflows. Standard reports and workflow types are created automatically for objects that have this option enabled. Objects do not require this option to be used in custom reports. Refer to Agent desktop.
