In 12.1.0.2, the MGMTDB is created during a typical instalation (and during an advanced one too ) so this one looks actually correct.
Although, I must say, A and B and also correct.
It’s a trick question, because it is always installed. So maybe there’s no point in saying it is installed in typical/advacend setup.
