C is correct.
Keep history parameter has three values:
-No History
-Latest value

Both A and C are reasonable answers! We can either select “No History” from a drop down for the Keep History option, OR we can check the Secure Value checkbox which automatically sets Keep History to “No History”.

Possibly the most secure way to do this is to use the Secure Value checkbox, as this then locks down the “No History” option, which can no longer be edited. So since the question is asking for the best answer, I’d go for A. But C achieves the same thing, really.
